Q1: How do I purchase an NFT ?

In order to purchase an NFT, you need to use a wallet which supports holding Solana based NFT's and the Solana currency. When you find an NFT that you like, connect your wallet to the site and follow the steps the wallet / sales platform hands out to you.
IMPORTANT: Only connect your wallet to sites you trust and make sure to lock your wallet after finishing your purchase. Besides, NEVER give your password / recovery phrase to strangers. We and other trustworthy sellers will never ask you for these information.
Q2: How can I be sure that the NFT I want to buy is an original ?

When you buy an NFT directly from us, make sure that you buy it directly on Solsea.io since it is the only platform we use to sell and mint our NFT's. Or check out our collection overview on our website (Gallery), where we have linked every collection of ours.
When you buy them on the secondary market, please be aware that (since they were minted on the Solana blockchain) you can only purchase them on platforms that are based on it. Besides, you should also check the sales history of the NFT. If you can trace it back to our creator wallet, it is an original. There are plenty of browsers that can help you, like Solscan or the Solana explorer .
Please note that we are not verified on Solsea right now, since we are a young project with not enough followers to pass the verification. We are working on it!
Q3: Why on Solsea.io / the Solana network ?

The Solana blockchain belongs to the most energy efficient networks (more info here ) which indicates that it spares the environment as much as possible in comparison with other cryptocurrencies. Besides, the transaction fees are way lower than other well known networks which makes it easier for starters to buy and get into NFT's which is very important for us since we want to create accessible products for everyone.
We mint and distribute our NFT's on Solsea.io since we want to make it easier for us and our customers to purchase NFT's. The low minting prices and the possibility to upload collections without a verification process are also an influential factor concerning our choice of where we want to distribute our NFT's.
Q4: Why do you not work with public minting ?

Participants of public minting buy an NFT before it is even released, since they pay the minting fees. Since our collections are strictly limited (below 1000 pieces) a public minting (and whitelist) could lead to a sell out before the collection even went live. Based on our philosophy, we want to be as accessible as possible, since a whitelist or public minting could favor experienced customers and prevent beginners from purchasing an NFT. '' First come, first serve'' is the motto here!
Q5: Are there more NFTs on the way ?

Yes, they are! Our goal is to publish several Gatewalker collections, so called ''Seasons''. If you want to learn more about them, check out our social media and roadmap regularly in order to learn more. Since we publish every season as a new collection, please make sure to watch out for possible derivates. Every new collection that we publish will be linked on our social media and website ! Q6: I have lost my NFT, can I get a refund ?

Unfortunately, we can neither cover any self-inflicted loss of your NFT nor offer a replacement in case of a purchase of a derivate. To prevent the mentioned cases, please educate yourself constantly regarding how to secure your assets with the help of trustworthy sources and read our FAQ (view point 2 and 1).
